Description

Natura 130mm Oak Lacquered Solid Oak Wood Flooring a rustic grade oak floor with all the natural characteristics of knots and grain patterns gives this wood floor a real authentic look, full of natural colour variations. Each pack 130mm Oak lacquered solid Oak contains boards between 400mm and 1700mm, and we cannot guarantee the distribution between the extremes. A 1.5% tolerance is allowed on size specifications with this product.

Excellent customer service. Small amount of planks have filler (as expected from description) but all were useable and no damage during transit.

Firstly I was a returning customer having purchased the same flooring 2 years ago and decided to carry it thru into our living room and garden room so every room downstairs had the same flooring. The delivery chap was helpful in carrying to my garage so my joiners had the space to work. The only issues I had were, instead if upto £50 of free accessories I would have preferred discount on the flooring and secondly there was almost an entire pack wasted due to dents, chips or uneven boards. While I expected some wastage I feel almost £70 worth was very disappointing. I have already recommended your site to friends and family and u would use again despite my 2 "issues" many thanks, Will Townsend
