Here at FlooringSupplies.co.uk we aim to bring you the greatest delivery service in the industry – and we’re pretty sure we’ve nailed it. We’ve got a range of different delivery options which offer speed, convenience and affordability, so we can promise a service tailored to your needs.
On this page we’ll explain all the options available to you. Please remember that whilst the prices and times are accurate, they are also only an estimate, and are liable to change. The final details will be shown at checkout.
FREE Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery is free on all orders over £175, which makes it the perfect choice when cost is your main concern. Orders for less than £175 are priced at £15, so there’s no need to break the piggy bank if you’re just after some accessories. Standard delivery arrives between 8am and 6pm on a weekday of your choice and is available from 5 working days from placing the order. Please remember that these deliveries are kerbside only as the drivers are not insured to carry the order into your home, so it’s required that you’re physically able enough to move the boxes into your home (you might want to rope in a friend or family member to help you out!).
If you just can’t wait to get your floor down, our Express delivery will get it to you FAST. This £25 service offers next day delivery (or later if it suits you) to be delivered between 8am and 6pm on your chosen day. Like our standard delivery, this service is to kerbside only, which means our drivers are not insured to carry the order into your home.
Terms and Conditions
All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is an £ 85.00 minimum or £ 0.70 per kg, whichever the greater.
What To Do If Everything Isn't As It Should Be?
It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.
We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
Deliveries Outside Of Mainland UK
Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery. Deliveries outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges.Once you have placed your order online we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options available.
