Karndean will email you a link to log in to their website. Your lifetime warranty PDF is under 'My Account' > 'Purchase Guarantee'.

How do I transfer a Karndean Transferable Purchase Guarantee if I don't have the previous owner's Transferable Purchase Guarantee?
If the Karndean floor was installed before 1st April 2010, a Transferable Karndean Purchase Guarantee is unavailable. This predates the Transferable Purchase Guarantee system.
