FlooringSupplies.co.uk is a trading name of Keswick Flooring Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, No. 4431986, VAT no. GB511003721. Registered office: Garsett House, St. Andrew's Street, Norwich, Norfolk. NR3 1AU. FlooringSupplies.co.uk acts as a credit broker and only offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC, trading as V12 Retail Finance. Our registration number is FRN 758868. Credit provided subject to age and status.

• Is there a minimum order value for credit applications?
  Yes - our Classic Credit and 0% Finance options are available on orders between £600 and £7,000. Please note that not all finance options are available on all products, but those which are available will be clearly marked.
• Am I eligible for 0% finance?
  0% finance is only available on certain products. All products eligible for 0% finance are clearly highlighted. In order to qualify for 0% finance all products in your basket must be eligible.
• Do you require a deposit?
  No, a deposit is not required.
• Can anyone apply for finance?
  In order to apply for finance you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be either employed for more than 16 hours per week, self-employed, a house person, retired or in receipt of invalidity or disability allowance.
  • Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more.
  • Be able to make repayments by debit debit.
  • Be able to provide your previous address if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years.
  • Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.
• What information do I need to supply?
  The application form asks for your name, date of birth, 3 year address history, phone and email contact details and income / employment information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to your name and address as they appear on your application.
• How long will it take to apply?
  It takes around 5 minutes to fill out the form and you should get an answer to your application instantly. However in some cases V12, our finance provider, will need a little more time to look at the application in more detail.
• What address can you deliver to?
  We are only able to deliver your goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address). You will not be able to have goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person. However you can call V12 Underwriting to verify your alternative address.
• What happens after my application is approved?
  After your application is approved, you will receive an email directly from V12 - our chosen lender - who will outline the next steps to follow to confirm your identity. We will then ready your order for delivery.
• What happens if my application is not approved?
  In the event that your application is not accepted, you are still welcome to pay with the conventional methods offered on our site.
• Am I able to pay off my finance early?
  Yes - simply contact V12 on 029 2046 8900 and they will calculate your outstanding finance and provide your settlement figure in line with the Consumer Credit Act.
