Next-Day Delivery on Stocked Items

We now offer next-day delivery on all stocked items with a midday cut-off. This can be arranged over the phone during our working hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and comes with an additional cost depending on the size of your order. We understand that timely delivery is essential for our customers. Whether you're working on a renovation project or need a quick flooring solution, our team is ready to assist you and ensure your flooring arrives exactly when you need it.

Postcode restrictions

Please note that our next-day delivery service is subject to postcode restrictions. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next-day delivery to the following areas:

AB30-56 | BT | GY | HS | IM | IV4, 6-7, 11-40, 52-54, 57+ | JE, KA27-28 | KW1-14 | KW15-17 | PA20+ | PH8-13, 15+ | PH36-44 | PO30-41 | ZE | ROI

Kerbside Delivery

Placing your order

At checkout, you can choose a delivery date on any weekday. Delivery dates start four working days from your order date. Please make sure to add a mobile number when placing your order.

Due to stock availability, some products may have longer lead times. We will email you if your order is affected. 

Tracking your delivery

You'll receive an email and SMS before your delivery. They'll confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

On the day of your delivery

You'll receive a text confirming your order is out for delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. The delivery driver will contact you with an estimated delivery time when they are on their way.

Kerbside Delivery

Mon-Fri

£40 (incl. VAT) Our express courier will place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to your delivery address. A signature will be required, so please make sure someone is in. We will send an SMS confirmation once your new flooring delivery is complete.

    Delivery to Remote Areas

    We cannot provide an estimated delivery time for properties in remote areas. Our courier will place the pallet on the kerbside at the nearest access point to your delivery address. A signature will be required, so please make sure someone is in.

    We can deliver to Northern Ireland and other remote areas for an extra fee. These include postcodes PO30 – PO40, PA20 – PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, and JE.

    Packages Under 50kg

    For packages under 50kg, we offer light delivery to your door from 8 am to 6 pm. You'll receive an email and SMS to confirm a four-hour delivery slot.

    Our light parcel delivery has access restrictions. For properties with steps or stairs or flats above the ground floor doorstep, we'll leave your order on the ground floor.

    Delivery Terms and Conditions

    Standard deliveries are kerbside (you'll need to carry goods into your property) and can be made on anything from a van to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for any large vehicle. Please be aware most of our shipments will be on a pallet and this will be left with you at the point of delivery. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.

    We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.

    Your new flooring should also be given time to acclimatise.

    Failed Deliveries

    If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is requested to be changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery (excluding weekends), you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned, or the goods being redelivered. 

    If after a failed delivery you do not re-arrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery we may end the contract.

    Order not as expected

    It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. If you are not able to inspect the goods at the point of delivery, we strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.
