FlooringSupplies.co.uk accepts payment by many different means which include by credit card, debit card, cheque, bank transfer or in installments via V12 Retail Finance. We will not accept liability for any charges made by banks for bank transfer services.
When you place an order with FlooringSupplies.co.uk, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. Once payment has been received, or finance agreement established, your order will be processed.
Offers and Promotions
We may from time to time offer promotions on some of our products or product ranges. All promotions and offers are, unless otherwise stated, strictly one per household and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change the details of a promotion or withdraw a promotion at our discretion.

Any of our deliveries could be made on anything up to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is £0.70 per kg.
What To Do If Everything Isn't As It Should Be?
It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.
We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
Deliveries Outside Of Mainland UK
Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery. Deliveries outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges.Once you have placed your order online we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options available.
Collection lead times vary by product and we will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for collection from your chosen store.
Upon collection, you are responsible for the goods and therefore collections are done so at your own risk. You must ensure the goods are safely and appropriately transported, thus we will not accept liability for damage which occurs subsequently after leaving our premises. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and cancellations
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don't go to plan and we understand that people change their minds.
If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. We are also happy to accept back any flooring or accessories you have left over after completing your installation for a small 15% restocking fee (restrictions may apply). To do this, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition.
If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. Please download and complete this form to request a returns authorisation number. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to:

Please note - the above returns rules do not apply to bespoke products, those products made to your specifications or any product that is cut from a roll to your required measurements.
Manufacturing fault claims
We hope your flooring is as expected and without fault. Regrettably, on very few occasions this may not be the case and we would like to apologise beforehand.
To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights.
If, after installation, you are unfortunate enough for the product to develop a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an onsite inspection. This form is available upon request.
Before you place an order it is important that you check the manufacturer’s specification details for suitability of their intended purpose. If you are unsure about the suitability of the goods then please ask us.
FlooringSupplies.co.uk cannot guarantee the colour/pattern matching from a computer monitor. Therefore, it is recommended you view the product in person, either in a local shop or via a sample which are available through our site.
FlooringSupplies.co.uk will supply our customers with a list of independent self-employed floor covering installers. The customer can arrange for their order to be fitted where applicable. The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between the customer and the fitter(s) and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for the quality of their work and service. However, all fitters are required to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times and all services are to be of the highest standard in order for us to supply their details to our customers.
We want to make sure your installation goes as smoothly as possible, and to facilitate this, please ensure that all rooms are cleared of furniture and old floor coverings, that the sub floor has been fully prepared, and the removal of any wires and cables etc. Please remember, the fitter cannot be responsible for disposal of the old flooring. If the installation cannot proceed on the day scheduled through no fault of ours or the fitters’, then you may be responsible for any losses incurred by the fitter.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect property in which the fitter will be working. The fitter will endeavour to leave the property clean and tidy and all reasonable care will be taken to prevent damage to internal fittings and decorations, please make sure the location is suitable prior to the installation being carried out.
Due to the nature of these services exact arrival and completion times cannot be guaranteed. You agree to pay the fitter the price as mutually agreed and payment is due immediately after completion of the installation. The price quoted is on the agreement that the fitter finds no faults or hindrances before any services takes place.
Unfortunately not all areas of the UK are covered by this service and you will be advised within a reasonable time if we cannot find a fitter for you. FlooringSupplies.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to cancellation of agreed dates by the fitter.
