Can you please tell me what is the Tog rating of this underlay. Thanks

The tog rating for this underlay is 0.41

We're getting Quick Step Impressive over underfloor heating which will be running through the hall and kitchen / dinner. Would this be the underlay you would recommend, or if not, which one?

I would not use this product for this type of application. Quickstep manufacturer a specific product for this which you can find here:

is this going to be sufficient for engineering flooring planks going onto chipboard flooring panels which in turn are onto concrete/screeded floor base?

The Foam underlay doesn't have a DPM (damp proof membrane) which is required when installing over a concrete sub-floor. These products would be better suited:

Can this product be used beneath solid Oak parquet? If not, can suggest a cheap alternative?

No as the solid wood parquet need to be glue down to the subfloor. The best glue to use is here:

We have a flo-screed floor down which is pretty level so don't need a great deal of "padding" or levelling. However we have underfloor heating so apparently need a 0.35 Tog or lower rating. What is the lowest TOG value of your underlays (maybe you could add to each product specification?)? Regards.

  • Am I eligible for finance?
    In order to apply for finance you must:
    • Be at least 18 years of age.
    • Be employed for more than 16 hours a week or self-employed.

  • How long will it take to apply?
    It takes around 5 minutes to fill out the form and you should get an answer to your application instantly. However in some cases V12 Retail Finance, our finance provider, will need a little more time to look at the application in more detail.
  • What address can you deliver to?
    We are only able to deliver your goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address). You will not be able to have goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person. However you can call V12 Retail Finance Underwriting to verify your alternative address.
  • What happens after my application is approved?
    After your application is approved, you will receive an email directly from V12 Retail Finance - our chosen lender - who will outline the next steps to follow to confirm your identity. We will then ready your order for delivery.
  • What happens if my application is not approved?
    In the event that your application is not accepted, you are still welcome to pay with the conventional methods offered on our site.
  • Am I able to pay off my finance early?
    Yes. Simply contact V12 Retail Finance on 029 2046 8900 and they will calculate your outstanding finance and provide your settlement figure in line with the Consumer Credit Act. The total amount payable varies on the option you choose:
    - Our standard finance can be paid off in full at any time, including the amount of interest which would have been accrued in the full contract.
    - The 0% offer can simply be paid whenever you're ready, for no extra cost.
  • Does finance affect my ability to return goods?
    No, returns are still accepted according to our Terms and Conditions provided you cancel within 30 days of placing your order. Our Customer Services department will contact the finance company on your behalf in this situation. If the full order is returned, the credit agreement will be cancelled. If only part of the order is returned, the credit agreement will be adjusted accordingly.
