Excellent quality. The hardwood was perfect and beautifully crafted. Out of my 10M2 I only had one defect piece which was still used as a end piece. Great service and delivery was on the day that was said. I will certainly be buying from flooring supplies again.

Excellent product, delivered on promised time by very helpfull driver.

Ordering was easy and inquiries were delt with by staff in a very proffesional but friendly manor, Prompt delivery. The product was mixed batch some boxes were excellent while others contained planks that were heverly filled with brown filler, these were ugly and had to used in places that were not seen like under furniture. unfortunately you could not tell until you poened the box, so i do not feel this was a reflection on the suppliers but that of the manafacturer.

Fantastic service! Your website is easy to use and informative. Flooringsupplies.co.uk were very efficient with placing the order, having 250 or so orders to process after the Christmas & New Year break. Flooring ordered on 4 January 2010 & delivered on 13 January 2010, the date we requested. I received documentation promptly on-line. Delivery was great. They phoned the previous day to ask if I would like delivery am or pm & acknowledged the times in the day that I had already said would not be convenient. Delivery time was set between 10.30am -12.00 noon. On the day of delivery I received a call at about 10.30am to say that there had been a delay and that the delivery van wouldn't be with us until about 1.30pm. The van arrived at 1.15pm. Even though there was a slight delay it caused no problem as we were informed in plenty of time & the actual delivery time was spot on. The flooring packs delivered were all clean and undamaged. Flooring now laid and we are very pleased with the final

I was disapointed when the order arrived and it was one pack of flooring short, although when I phoned to state this you were very helpful, I feel I should not have been charged again for delivery as this was your fault and not mine. Also I have still not received the adhisive I ordered, but nolonger want this.

The 18mm oak flooring was a very good price compared with other suppliers & the product was supplied quickly and efficiently. The flooring was very well packed & there were no damaged pieces. The mixture of lengths was just right for my floor area & the final finish is excellent. I have never laid a 100% wooden floor before but every piece fitted together really well & all of the T&G was accurate & straight. All in all, an excellent product which surpassed all of my expectations.

Have not fitted product yet. Would like to add that the delivery service was very good also and the delivery driver very efficient, pleasant & helpful (Can a 'thank you' message be sent to delivery service so that driver gets recognition for his wonderful service?)
