One packet was damaged badly by forklift before delivery, i was forwarned of this by courier who liased with flooring supplies. Once i had received goods i contacted flooring supplies to confirm the damaged pack and they sent me a replacement on next day delivery.

The quality was better than I have purchased before but could be better. I realise that this is a budget flooring but there was a couple of issues with sizing and with some slight tapers over the length that allowed some slight gaps to appear. Overall though, very good. Service etc. excellent, will use again. Need to do a large floor next year.

This is the second purchase from you and i expect to buy again with probably the double amount of both orders(approx 70 sq metres) to complete the downstairs flooring renewal in my house. Plus i have laid a floor for a friend (approx 80 sq metres) which had also been purchased from you. I was disappointed when i placed the order to find that the website special price was not honoured when i telephoned your office even though the enquiry was well within the current month of the promotion. Additionally the 2 cans of adhesive were severly dented from being bashed around the delivery van whilst in transit they were not holed which is why i took delivery plus i had a deadline to make. Otherwise the product and service were as above.

As you can see we were very pleased with the service we received from your sales and delivery staff. Most of the wood in the consignment was excellent quality for the money - just some pieces not suitable for use but we had plenty to finish the job. In fact, enough over to floor another small room in the house!
All in all, extremely pleased with the whole experience of dealing with your firm.

Very happy with the product and process. Very good that you let us know about the delay from our original order of 90mm wood and let us swap to the 130mm. My only criticism would be that the refund (of the first order) took a bit too long to be done.
