It would have been helpful to have adequate information about care and pre-treatment of natural oiled flooring. I think this is lacking in your website, although everything else is very clear and the website is good and easy to use. Flooring looks good and we are pleased with it - knots in the boards are filled with very dark wood filler which mars it a little.

I really like our new floor, the customer service was extremely nice apart from the first time I called and ordered additional floor samples. I believe the website could have explained some aspect of the floor a bit better, e.g. "rustic" means that the wood plank has a lot of knots, uneven pattern etc. Time will tell about the quality of the floor.
