Description

Kahrs Linnea Oak Amber is a 1 strip plank with a brushed matt lacquer and bevelled edges. Oak Amber is a similar overall colour due to the subtle golden brown coloured stain. The texture of the grain of Kahrs Linnea Oak Amber shows up beautifully, thanks to the brushed surface.

The product itself is fabulous. Well packaged, easy to fit and looks magnificent. Website is very misleading. It clearly stated for the floor I required "available for next day delivery" of ordered before a certain time. It wasn't. Feedback from customer service was poor - out of the four times I was promised a call back, I only had one. The floor didn't arrive in stock when expected (which I appreciate was probably out of your control) and when it eventually arrived, it had put me behind schedule by about two weeks as it prevented the fitting of skirting boards and decorating etc. All that taken into account, the excellent product just about outweighs the disappointment in your customer service and delay in delivery so i would a) purchase from you again, and b) recommend you to other people. Just change your website so it's clear what is or isn't available for next day delivery.
