Natura foam is ideal for use with laminate or wood flooring. If you require a damp proof membrane, then we recommend our Natura Bronze,Silver or Gold Acoustic.

This product is 3mm thick foam and comes with a built in DPM (damp proof membrane) layer which is vital for any installation over concrete. We recommend our Natura Silver or Gold acoustic underlay if noise is an issue.

Natura Silver offers good comfort and support whilst still remaining a good economic solution. A silver foil vapour barrier as an excellent damp proof membrane to protect your floor. Fitting

Flooringsupplies.co.uk act as an agent for independent self employed floor covering installers and can arrange for your order to be fitted where applicable. The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the fitter(s) and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for the quality of their work and service. However, all our registered fitters have to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times and we demand all services to be of the highest standards.

We want to make sure your installation goes as smoothly as possible, and to facilitate this, please ensure that all rooms are cleared of furniture and old floor coverings, that the sub floor has been fully prepared, and the removal of any wires and cables etc. Please remember, the fitter cannot be responsible for disposal of the old flooring. If the installation cannot proceed on the day scheduled through no fault of ours or the fitters’, then you may be responsible for any losses incurred by the fitter.

Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect property in which the fitter will be working. The fitter will endeavor to leave the property clean and tidy and all reasonable care will be taken to prevent damage to internal fittings and decorations, please make sure the location is suitable prior to the installation being carried out.

Once we have processed your order, we will contact you and your appointed fitter to arrange a mutually convenient date for the installation of your new flooring.

Due to the nature of these services exact arrival and completion times cannot be guaranteed. You agree to pay the fitter the price as mutually agreed and payment is due immediately after completion of the installation. The price quoted is on the agreement that the fitter finds no faults or hindrances before any services takes place.

Unfortunately not all areas of the UK are covered by this service and you will be advised within a reasonable time if we cannot find a fitter for you. Flooringsupplies.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to cancellation of agreed dates by the fitter.

When the flooring arrived we were very shocked as to the colour differences between the planks but after an email and a courteous call from the manager at Flooring supplies he put my mind at ease and we laid the flooring. It was pretty easy to lay once we got going and choosing the planks wisely we think it looks fantastic and really makes the room feel warm and inviting. Thankyou to Alba and I think Adrian.

The staff on the phone were very accomodating and the wood looks very nice. The only concern I had is that it is not clear what premium delivery includes. I paid for this under the impression that the driver would spend half an hour bringing the wood into my flat. If after half an hour the delivery wasn't finished the rest would be curbside. On the day, the driver did bring the wood into my flat, but he told me that they weren't contractually obligated to bring the wood up stairs. Instead premium delivery only covered delivering within a two hour window.
