I'm not a big internet shopper, and hopefully won't need to buy more flooring! i was a little disappointed in the variation in colour, which was not so obvious from the on-line photos. i also would have appreciated being advised that due to the way the planks slot together, means you need to buy more than the measured floor area. For this reason the floor isn't finished, also because the concrete wasn't level in some place so the movement needs to be lessened. Absolutely no complaints about customer services staff. - they were excellent.

Minor hiccup sorted out without problems. Items which have been cancelled not shown on original invoice but given as a credit note which is slightly confusing and more difficult to keep track. All round product and service is very good.

Couldn't find any instructions on which way up to lay the underlay, and had to ring customer support, but other than that it was fine. I would also like to provide some feedback for the courier service; the driver was efficient, cheerful and extremely helpful.

Very nice product easily installed. My only comment is that the sample sent didnt accurately reflect the colour variations perhaps sending samples that show both shades of the wood might be better?

Delivery proved to be a challenge, but your staff kindly resolved the issue rapidly. Fitting the porduct - the instructions are not brilliiant and there are clearly certain tricks to doing it, which we discovered as we progressed. Finished article is good.
