Description

Natura oak flooring will definitely add a touch of classic elegance to any space. Oak Galway is a 1 strip plank engineered floor with bevelled edges and a brushed oiled finish. A unique feature of this product is that 1 board within the pack can be 20mm shorter and 2 boards can be 10mm shorter than the rest in the pack.

Dear Sir/Madam, Overall happy with great service. Pricing and anonymous samples Although this product was on offer, you need to offer trade rates to validated tradesmen (whatever the order value), otherwise there is nothing in it for us. I also spent time ripping off the flooringsupplies labels from the samples and re-sending them to the client so they didn't bypass me and simply ask for a fit only job, having got the product selection advice from me for free. Product quality Good, with pin knots as prime grade should be Cons - on full length runs, difficult to engage. I also had to phone up to clarify what was the male and female edge to offer up to the wall when starting the first run. It's ambiguous in your comprehensive instructions on the website. However your cust. svc. was very good and rang back to explain. I suggest embedding a drawing in the instructions or marking up the plank to indicate this. Delivery was late due to the chaos caused by the heavy snow fall. Communication from the delivery company was initially good but then poor. Communication from Flooringsupplies was excellent throughout. The flooring looks excellent once fitted although I'd recommend opening three packs at a time during fitting and mix the planks as my final pack was significantly darker than the rest of the already laid floor. The biggest problem I have encountered is the toughness of the finish. The surface finish/wood scratches easily and even small scratches are very visible. These disappear with a little oil although make sure that the oil used is relatively colour neutral or these show as darker patches.
