Natura foam is ideal for use with laminate or wood flooring. If you require a damp proof membrane, then we recommend our Natura Bronze,Silver or Gold Acoustic.

This product is 3mm thick foam and comes with a built in DPM (damp proof membrane) layer which is vital for any installation over concrete. We recommend our Natura Silver or Gold acoustic underlay if noise is an issue.

Fitting

Flooringsupplies.co.uk act as an agent for independent self employed floor covering installers and can arrange for your order to be fitted where applicable. The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the fitter(s) and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for the quality of their work and service. However, all our registered fitters have to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times and we demand all services to be of the highest standards.

We want to make sure your installation goes as smoothly as possible, and to facilitate this, please ensure that all rooms are cleared of furniture and old floor coverings, that the sub floor has been fully prepared, and the removal of any wires and cables etc. Please remember, the fitter cannot be responsible for disposal of the old flooring. If the installation cannot proceed on the day scheduled through no fault of ours or the fitters’, then you may be responsible for any losses incurred by the fitter.

Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect property in which the fitter will be working. The fitter will endeavor to leave the property clean and tidy and all reasonable care will be taken to prevent damage to internal fittings and decorations, please make sure the location is suitable prior to the installation being carried out.

Once we have processed your order, we will contact you and your appointed fitter to arrange a mutually convenient date for the installation of your new flooring.

Due to the nature of these services exact arrival and completion times cannot be guaranteed. You agree to pay the fitter the price as mutually agreed and payment is due immediately after completion of the installation. The price quoted is on the agreement that the fitter finds no faults or hindrances before any services takes place.

Unfortunately not all areas of the UK are covered by this service and you will be advised within a reasonable time if we cannot find a fitter for you. Flooringsupplies.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to cancellation of agreed dates by the fitter.

You didn't do a very good job of informing me the flooring was delayed, but when I called to sort out the credit the person I dealt with (Warren) was very helpful. Initially I was disappointed with the service but it got much better.

Sorry I have not replied sooner but I am only half way through fitting the flooring right now. I am very happy with the quality of the product. It looks great so far! and it has been extremely easy to fit (click system). The service you provided me with was first class and I would have no problems in recommending your products and company to others.

I ordered engineered wood. The sample I received (which came quickly) seemed to have a large blemish in it and when I called to ask if that was what it was like, the customer support couldn't tell me but she at least offered to send another sample out and that came very quickly and I could then confirm that the first sample was indeed marked. The floor looks fine but I was a bit upset when a visitor said they liked my "laminate" floor! I was very pleased to note that this company does not charge for delivery above a certain order.

Extremely nice product. Reasonably easy to fit, although getting the 'short' ends together proved a little problematic (until I got the hang of it - just as I was finishing of course). Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the product (although a couple of the boards were slightly damaged) and am more than pleased with the level of service received from Flooringsupplies.co.uk. I would most definately buy from them again with absolutely no hesitation.

The only issue I have is the floor pictured on your website chowed more Knots these aren't in the floor supplied over all the floor is of a very high quality and I'm very happy. The staff dealing with the order were very helpful. I had ordered a bottle of cleaning solution with the order which has been missed off and due to the cost of delivery will not be ordering again

I had trouble getting a tight fit between the ends of the boards. Only towards the end of the installation did I discover that tapping them to fit while all the boards in the row were still raised at about 20 degrees meant a gentle tap was all that was required. Other than that, things went well. The precision of the manufacture was excellent.

Very good efficient service and delivery. One of the packs was of poor quality wrt tthe oak - very full of knots, woodworm holes etc (all had been filled with filler but looked very poor compared to rest of packs) but fortunately had over ordered so was able to avoid using (but at a cost!). Accept its a natural product but would have been unhappy if had to incorportae into floor. But with service received etc, and value for money would use you again.
