This has got to be one of the best engineered floors from a joint machining point of view that I have come across and I've done quite a few floors now even though I am a diyer. It is pretty hard to lay becuase the lock system is so good once it joints it pulls in really well so I am well pleased with the extra effort, not that it was that much once you work out a flow.

Product looks great down, and is very natural. Knots give character, and different colors in planks make for good contrast. If you have many different colored wooden furniture in one room, it will help tie them together.

Only complaint is the delivery company. After waiting all day a message was left on phone about 7.30pm to ring a mobile number to arrange new delivery time. Ringing that number straight away got ansewrphone message that no calls answered after 7pm. Next day managed to get new delivery day for following day with excuse that someone had run into back of van. Why could they not have notified that they couldnt complete delivery then instead of waiting all day.

Very pleased with the way the flooring panels locked together. It was a hall floor with a lot of door openings, and I think that made it take much longer than a simple room would take.
We decided to remove the skirting boards and undercut the door frames, which looks good, but took a lot of work to refurbish and replace the skirting boards

Was quite surprised how easy the floor "marked". I already have more or less the same flooring in my
kitchen and back hall area, although it is 14mm thick and has a smoother surface and was more
expensive. If I had realised how easy the floor was to "dent", I would have picked a laminate flooring.
However, notwithstanding the above, my living/dining room looks amazing.

Pleased with your product but would like to have less left over. Have you thought of making your standard pack sizes 1 sq.m, 2 sq.m and 4 sq, m. with this nobody would ever be left with more than 1 sq. m left over.
In my case I was left with nearly 2 sq. m left over and before I bought this was nearly a deal breaker.
