very good overall A shame there is an extra charge for having the flooring delivered inside the house as opposed to being left on the drive-also the driver should not say it is a health and safety issue when clearly it is due to money.if there is an extra cost it should be factored in. would use again and recommend though

Thinner than the flooring I have laid previously, but ideal for the bedroom where it is installed, where traffic is relatively low and the need for sanding/refinishing is unlikely

Excellent friendly service. A sample was provided quickly. The delivery was on time. I was kept up to date and given options when the product was not in stock. The website made calculating the amount of wood needed easy.
