The service we received from your company, from requesting numerous samples to assisting in the order, was superb and we had no trouble whatsoever. Even after the order was placed you spoke to us about some of our accessory choices, which actually reduced our cost a little, and your logistics\delivery team were also excellent. We have been very impressed throughout the whole process. For your information, we also requested and paid fro some samples from one of your competitors - it took an angry phone call from us to eventually receive these over a week later, whilst your samples arrived in 1-2 days, so the other ccompany were crossed off our list. Actually though, they did send some decent A4 sized samples whilst yours came in all different shapes and sizes - so maybe a small improvement could be made in this area (especially if charged for). But overall, you were exemplary and we would not hesitate to use you again. Thank you.

We found the service to be great apart from the service we received from the delivery driver. The flooring was to be delivered to a different address to the billing address as it was a gift from my parents. When delivering the driver could not find the delivery address so decided that the billing address would be fine instead, when he was told that was not ok he said he could not do this only to ring back again 5 minutes later to say that he was at the correct address (the delivery address). When he was unloading the flooring with help from our plasterer who was at the house at the time he commented that he "does not like these private jobs as he has to deal with customers". Fortunately that was the only problem we had and we would still use your company again despite of this.

Only one pack was damaged, that was the only criticism I have really, (Apart from not receiving the product when arranged for a second date, nor a phone call to explain that the product delivery had been delayed at your end.) I have already recommended a neighbour to you! Paul Knight

I did not fit it myself but it looked fairly straightforward. Generally one of the easiest parts of our renovation. My local fitter was quite a bit cheaper than your offering though.
