The service we received from Waveney was excellent, very helpful. We then drove round to the warehouse to pick the product up,however when the young lad brought it round on the forklift I pointed out that the corners were damaged, he went and got some more and same again the corners were damaged. He then called up to the office for someone to come down and look, who said that it was just the mdf not the laminate and it was acceptable. I asked if he was sure as I had come a long way and didn't want to have to return it, he reassured me that they were definitely fine. When I got home and started laying it I found that the occasional board was damaged in the corners and it was the actual laminate not the mdf that was damaged and also the laminate was damaged along the joining edge. There was also one completely different board in one of the boxes. This all meant that the floor took me three times as long to lay as I had to juggle bits around so that the damaged parts were on the outer edg

Really pleased with the end result.You could make customers aware that because of "Pattern" i.e. tiles, there is some wasteage that you don`t get with normal laminates. I was fortunate that because of package size I had to order more than I thought I needed, but wouldn`t let this stop me recommending this product to anyone.

looks good , but quite a lot of waste , need to buy some more , but could be my measuring ......
