I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again and will be recommending it to friends and family.
There was a choice of delivery dates and very quick delivery and the customer service was spot on.I received a personal phonecall rather than a email to tell me I'd ordered the wrong underlay and it was changed for a more expensive one at the same price.
We've just put the flooring down and are very pleased with the finished result.

Sir, Thank you for chance to comment on your product.
For the money it cost (cheap), I think it was excellent value. Although I did not look at your website, but i did get into difficulties during installation. I telephoned your office & 'Stuart' helped me rather well. I could not get the sections to lock in properly & Stuart recommended tapping with woodwhile lowering them into position. Excellent!!
I recommend to your company know to include this infomation in the set of instructions. It would help the ametuer DIYer
enormousely.

Good value for money and a quick delivery
absolutly great value for money i had it layed for me by a friend and he said it was really easy to lay i have a 20ft long living room it was all done in half a day it was really easy to clip and lock into place really fab once layed too i am over the moon with the end result

when i ordered the flooring online it said there was free underlay with the product, but when i received it there was.nt any underlay with it, my partner rang up and the problem was rectified right away as it was an over sight on your behalf the underlay was sent out free of charge ... i would like to thank you and your staff for the quick response in sorting for me ..... i would like to say that i think it is a good idea that you ring the customer has soon has they have placed there order to check everything is complete with there order
