The laminate we used was very impressive, looks great down and was easy to install. Other laminate I have used in the past split frequently when fitting but this didn't split once. I had one issue with a missing item but the sales team rectified the issue quickly and without too much hassle. Will deffinately use again.

Really pleased with the quality of the product. Very simple to fit on top of the sound proofing. Fantastic value for money. As soon as we ordered online we were called by the CS team to confirm everything and we checked with them that we had everything required, delivery was prompt and on time also.
Now looking to do more of the house with this flloring!

I get a bit worried buying from company's online that i have never used before,but it turned out to be a good choice.The fact that you phoned me after i placed my order,to check if there was anything else i would need and then phoned again regarding delivery reassured me and put me at ease .The quality of the flooring is really good as my husband said it was the easiest flooring he has ever laid ,says it all.So thank you for a great service i will use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

The flooring I ordered was promised for delivery on the following Friday and this was confirmed in a call from the supplier. Nothing turned up and I had arranged for a floor layer to attend the next day to install the flooring. This cost me £120 for the aborted visit. When I chased up the delivery the following Monday, the lady I dealt with was very helpful and courteous and arranged a new delivery which did happen as promised. I never did find out where it all went wrong but having had to pay £240 in total for the floor to be laid instead of just £120, you can understand my frustration. Overall it would have been more cost effective to have bought it from my local shop.

I am very pleased with flooring, excellent value for money. Only thing I was disappointed in was the delivery, after spending so much money, The 9 boxes could only be left outside my house for me to cart in myself as delivery driver was not insured to enter my property!

The floor is of a far higher quality than any other I came across in it's price range. Now that it has been fitted it looks expensive and could easily be mistaken for real wood. It is easy to clean and pretty scratch resistant.
