to lay them by two of us fixing them together that made the job take longer had to leave it to

The only flaw I could find with customer service is that there was some confusion re updating delivery status and took some time to return calls to me to confirm actual details. Other than this cannot fault service or product. Cannot comment on finished product once fitted as still waiting for it to be fitted.

A slight gripe was that the flooring was out of stock when ordered and although i was offered a discount to upgrade to a thicker wood this would have cost me more money. No discount was offered for the actual delay.
This did cause me a bit of hastle re organising tradesmen etc. as we had to delay the painter then reschedule the joiner.

Very pleased, one room done two to go. May need some more to complete had more cuts than anticipated. Will be sure to purchase from u again as the same colour and style flooring was in b n q at treble the price I paid
Great price, great delivery (as I was called to inform me the hours it would be delivered - and it was true!) and great customer service as I noticed that 2 boards were damamged and these were sent out immediately.
When opening all the packets to lay the floor, I noticed that around 10 of the planks had manufacture defects as the tongue or groove had been cut off (on the ends) during manufacture. It was clear they hadn't been broken but had been cut incorrectly.
As I had over-ordered I didn't need these boards or I managed to use a few by cutting at the ends, but even so I felt that my over-ordering had been to compensate for manufacturing defects and not off-cuts.
Overall, the product looks great as I took my time to get it just right (my first laminate floor) including the scotia and floor trims.
yes, definately buy again, have recommended a relative. very helpful customer service team, knew product details inside out !!!

Only concern was that when flooring was palitised ready for delivery the strapping was over tighten and had damaged the fitting edges slightly. I'm sure the company would of changed it with no worries if i would of asked but wanted to get job done asap so decided to use it, its now complete and looks great, very pleased.

The flooring looks fantastic once it was laid, really improves the living room space.
Had a few issues with the some planks, some of the connecting lips for clicking into were very very small, and caused a few problems, had quite a few of damaged ends at corner, one of which i came away after laying down the flooring which had to be glued back down...........
overall i would recomend this floor but make sure you check the quality of the packets before you accpet them........ (hard to do)

One whole back was usless because it was totally bowed and another half a pack had been over mitered leaving big white lines in the joins. The rest seemed ti be ok but when it was delivered the pallet was soaking probably causing the damage. The fitter did mention this a lot.

1 box delivered suffered some damage in transit effecting 2/3 lengths from that pack and other whole pack was not manufactured correctly so did not fit together and had to be used for where cuts were made. Overall this is a average product for the price paid. Only time will tell regarding the life time of the product but it was easy to fit where no damaged/ incorrectly produced lengths were used.

It would have been beneficial if it was made more clear that the order may be delivered in two separate consignments (Laminate flooring arrived on one pallet, accessories/tims were delivered seprately allbeit on the same day).
