it would have been helpful if the flooring could of been put inside the house. was not happy that the pallet was left on the drive in the rain. if an old person ordered the items would it still be left on the roadside?

PLUS: The free samples were useful, the delivery was exactly on time, and the delivery person even helped us get the laminates off the pallet to easier fit them in the garage. Full marks for the delivery and customer service (friendly, helpful)! MINUS: The expenditure threshold for free delivery should be lowered (currently too high). Some of the information on the website was lacking (the laminate colours were not correctly displayed), but a quick phone call cleared all the confusion. OVERALL: I am very pleased with the quality of the products and now have a beautiful new floor in my bedroom! Thank you!
