This is my second large purchase (large for me anyway). The product sells itself really, but the service I received has been excellent. The delivery date was kept to and although my delivery was split into 2 separate parts (2 couriers) it arrived on the same day. I received a courtesy call before delivery to check on access details and to run through the order. I don't normally follow up with these types of reviews, but felt it appropriate to highlight the excellent service in all aspects of my order. Many thanks.

Recently had a radiator leak so had to match up the existing laminate flooring in the hall with new replacement . Very good service with the supply and prompt delivery on the expected date. The replacement flooring blends in with the the existing colour so you can't tell the differnce.

The driver let me know 20 minutes before he was due to arrive, was prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous, and also took good care with placing and checking the delivery with me. Sometimes, the best price doesn't always mean the best service, but with this firm, I can say I've received both, and wouldn't hesitate to both use them again, and recommend them to others.
