Only issue is that I had to dispose of the Wooden Plinth that the item came on - very rough wood and not a good item to try to fit in my car - Otherwise - fantastic service - great price and great product - very happy thank you - and I will buy from you again.

One minor problem, one of the packs was damaged in transit - I called customer services and they dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently, arranging for a replacement pack to be delivered by the supplier. However, the replacement pack was not delivered when promised and I had to call again to chase. After the second call, the replacement pack was delivered, albeit a week later than originally promised.
