Customer Service Comment. I received a message from Mike in your office promtly after making order to confirm details and he asked me to call back failing to say that if I didnt call before 11 am I would miss my next day delivery slot which is what happened. Also the flooring I received was a different company name to the one I ordered - I ordered Natura Brassic Oak but recieved Golden Oak from a different company. However it was very similar and was happy with the outcome, but I really should have been told about this. Also one pack of flooring I received had been opened and resealed again with tape - again it would have been nice be told this was to happen. In general though I was happy with the price and product, just a couple of customer service issues that need addressing.
