Below is the list of criteria we have had to perform to or commit to, which will enable us to continue to be recognised as such a specialist.

• A minimum of three trained personnel available for sales support, technical and installation support.
• Brochure and sample service. Amtico International reserves the right to charge for these.
• The Internet Flooring Specialist to hold minimum stock levels in own warehouse of 10,000m2 across all brands (Amtico and Spacia).
• Deliveries direct from own warehouse to the end consumer. Deliveries from Amtico International will be to your central warehouse.
• Own complaints procedure backed up by an internal quality control system.
• Ensure every floor is installed with the appropriate Amtico International Adhesive. This is a condition of the warranty, in the event of a claim, support may not be provided if Amtico International Adhesive has not been used in its installation.
• Provide the consumer details, to Amtico International, for every order placed. Amtico International will then send all warranty documentation directly to the consumer. As part of our consumer marketing campaign these details may be used for marketing promotions to support your future sales.
• Open to a random audit by an Amtico International representative.
