The underlay we are offering FREE is the Natura foam underlay which is ideal for use with laminate or wood flooring. The 2mm thickness P.E poly foam underlay offers some sound reduction and thermal insulation, but doesn’t come with a DPM and is ideally used over wood or chipboard subfloors.

To support this offer we thought our customers may wish to upgrade their FREE underlay and as such came up with Natura Bronze (good) Natura Silver (better) or Natura Gold (best) options. To add even more value for our customers who are looking to upgrade from the FREE underlay we have discounted our Good, Better and Best underlays by up to 50% off our already great prices.

Natura Bronze is a 3mm thick foam underlay and comes with a built in DPM (damp proof membrane) layer which is vital for any installation over concrete. Light and easy to handle and it cuts and fits with ease. It has fair thermal insulation and sound impact reduction qualities. It can be used downstairs and upstairs in the home, although we suggest considering Natura Gold acoustic underlay if noise is an issue.

Natura Silver acoustic offers good comfort and support and recovery whilst still remaining a good economic solution. A silver foil vapour barrier with a 200mm overlap acts as an excellent DPM (damp proof membrane) to protect your floor against moisture, attached to a high density foam core with high compressive strength. Good thermal insulation and sound impact reduction qualities, up to 18db. It can also be used downstairs and upstairs in the home, although we suggest considering Natura Gold acoustic underlay if noise is an issue.

Natura Gold acoustic offers exceptional performance for comfort, support, and acoustic reduction, up to 22db. This product also offers excellent thermal insulation properties making it ideal for underfloor heating systems. Made with non-toxic and non-dusting and will effectively even out minor floor imperfections. A gold foil vapour barrier with a 200mm over lap acts as an excellent DPM (damp proof membrane) to protect your floor from moisture, attached to a high density foam core with high compressive and recovery strength.

If you wish to upgrade to our discounted Bronze, Silver or Gold underlays please add these to your basket and the discount will automatically be applied.   

Poor handling is more often the case of damage to your flooring. This damage, depending on the severity, in most cases may not delay or affect your installation. The reason for this is that when you install your flooring you have to cut some of the laminate flooring boards to fit into your desired space. The boards that you can choose for these cuts could be the boards with the impact damage on them. Therefore the waste from these cuts can be where the damage is located. To explain better please see image below.

After some extensive research we found that our delivery service whilst being very quick and accurate could be improved. We looked into ways to personalise our current service where we could go to that extra mile for those customers who require more than just the goods being delivered. So, after many months we are very please to offer our customers 3 alternative delivery options: Standard, Express and Premier.

Our Standard delivery service is where goods are delivered free of charge within 3 to 5 days on all stocked orders over the threshold.

Our Express delivery service is when you require goods sooner than our standard service and this service is charged at £15.00 +vat.

Our Premier delivery service is a very unique and personable service details of which are detailed below.

• Our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and arrange a convenient time
• You will be issued with a unique tracking reference
• You will be given direct contact details for the courier
• The driver will assist you with any specific requests that you have relating to the delivery
• This service is available on most product lines but restrictions may apply and has a limit of 550kg per order
