Feature strips: To complete the desired effect for your floor, add a Decorative Strip. Strips are placed between tiles to create a natural grouting effect or to enhance the design of your floor. Available in a range of 6 colours at 5mm wide, Karndean Feature Strips can be used on tile floors to give the effect of a natural grout line. They can also be used to create a very subtle border or ships decking effect to complement wood planks.

Design strips: The most effective type of decorative strip is a Design Strip. A Design Strip has been cut from an actual tile or wood plank. There is a versatile palate of colours to choose from with varying tones and textures each of which are available in the widths shown below.

Metallic strips: Available in five stunning colours, Karndean Metallic Strips give a contemporary feel to any Karndean floor. Offered in a choice of five widths (3, 5, 10, 30 and 76mm), Metallic Strips are particularly effective the narrower they are.

Decorative Borders: If you want to add personality to your Karndean floor, you might decide to incorporate one of our border options. Borders are available in a wide range of designs so you’ll be able to choose one to suit the style of your room.
