When you place an order with flooringsupplies.co.uk, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. Once payment has been received your order will be processed.
Offers and Promotions
We may from time to time offer promotions on some of our products or product ranges. All promotions and offers are, unless otherwise stated, strictly one per household and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to change the details of a promotion or withdraw a promotion at our discretion.
Delivery Services and Charges (all prices below includeexclude VAT)
Standard delivery is provided free of charge on all orders over £178.80149 on the day of your choice. Delivery for orders under this threshold will be charged at £2420.
All charges if applicable will be advised beforehand within your basket. Additional delivery services are available at additional costs, which are detailed below;

Please be aware that this timed delivery, although accurate, can be subject to traffic hold ups and we would therefore ask you to allow plus or minus 45 minutes from the agreed delivery time, and a weight limit of 600kg per order is applicable.
NB. Restrictions may apply to some of the service above dependent on your selected products.
Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Unfortunately requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the courier’s discretion. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.
All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, or the goods are refused you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is a £85.0070.84 minimum or £0.700.59 per kg, whichever the greater.
It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.
Standard delivery is made to the kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. This excludes our Premier delivery.Returns and cancellations
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don't go to plan and we understand that people change their minds.
If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. We are also happy to accept back any flooring or accessories you have left over after completing your installation for a small 25% restocking fee (restrictions may apply). To do this, please email us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition.
If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to:

We hope your flooring is as expected and without fault. Regrettably, on very few occasions this may not be the case and we would like to apologise beforehand.
To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights.
If, after installation, you are unfortunate enough for the product to develop a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an onsite inspection. This form is available upon request.
Before you place an order it is important that you check the manufacturer’s specification details for suitability of their intended purpose. If you are unsure about the suitability of the goods then please ask us.

Flooringsupplies.co.uk act as an agent for independent self employed floor covering installers and can arrange for your order to be fitted where applicable. The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the fitter(s) and the fitter(s) will take full responsibility for the quality of their work and service. However, all our registered fitters have to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times and we demand all services to be of the highest standards.
We want to make sure your installation goes as smoothly as possible, and to facilitate this, please ensure that all rooms are cleared of furniture and old floor coverings, that the sub floor has been fully prepared, and the removal of any wires and cables etc. Please remember, the fitter cannot be responsible for disposal of the old flooring. If the installation cannot proceed on the day scheduled through no fault of ours or the fitters’, then you may be responsible for any losses incurred by the fitter.
Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect property in which the fitter will be working. The fitter will endeavor to leave the property clean and tidy and all reasonable care will be taken to prevent damage to internal fittings and decorations, please make sure the location is suitable prior to the installation being carried out.
Once we have processed your order, we will contact you and your appointed fitter to arrange a mutually convenient date for the installation of your new flooring.
Due to the nature of these services exact arrival and completion times cannot be guaranteed. You agree to pay the fitter the price as mutually agreed and payment is due immediately after completion of the installation. The price quoted is on the agreement that the fitter finds no faults or hindrances before any services takes place.
Unfortunately not all areas of the UK are covered by this service and you will be advised within a reasonable time if we cannot find a fitter for you. Flooringsupplies.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to cancellation of agreed dates by the fitter.
