Our returns and cancellation policy
We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don't go to plan and we understand that people change their minds.
If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. We are also happy to accept returns of flooring or accessories you have left over, after completing your installation, for a small 25% restocking fee. To do this, please email us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. Some restrictions may apply to the part order return policy. If you wish to confirm or not that your product of interest is available for part order return please also contact our customer service team directly.
If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to:

Please note - the above returns rules do not apply to bespoke products, those products made to your specifications or any product that is cut from a roll to your required measurements.
