where does the flooring originate?

Our flooring originates from all over the world. Ash, Birch and Beech are grown in Scandinavia, European Maple and Oak are felled from European forests, Canadian Maple, Cherry and Walnut are sourced from North America, Jatoba grows in South America, Jarrah is from Australia and Merbau comes from Indonesia. Most manufacturers import timbers unless grown locally. Believe it or not there is an annual short window allowed for felling and stock piling.

FlooringSupplies.co.uk goes to great lengths to make sure we abide by strict ‘green’ policies. Read more about our environmentally friendly flooring.
