Yes, laminates are typically fine for this but always make sure that you under-floor
heating system does heat the floor evenly. However, different manufacturers work
to different rules so please refer to individual products for full details.
Any laminate that could not be installed over under-floor heating would be a rarity,
but you should always check with your particular floor and your particular heating
system.
