Doussie
Doussie floor has a golden or reddish hue. Then, as time goes by, the colours deepen while the grain becomes more even.
Tolerant and hardwearing, it will welcome whatever life brings. Doussie when fresh is golden brown or reddish, but the
colour turns darker due to the sunlight equalising colour variances in the timber. A characteristic of Doussie is
moderate shrinking and swelling due to changes in air humidity.
