Delivery Services and Charges (all prices below includeexclude VAT)

Standard delivery is provided free of charge on all orders over £175145.83 on the day of your choice. Delivery for orders under this threshold will be charged based on weight . *Restrictions or additional charges may apply on certain products.

• under 20kg @ £1210
• 20kg and over @ £2420

All charges if applicable will be advised beforehand within your basket. Additional delivery services are available at additional costs, which are detailed below;

Our Saturday delivery service is charged at an extra £3025

Our AM (8am - 1pm) delivery is charged at an extra £2420

Our PM (1pm - 6pm) delivery is charged at an extra £2420

Our Premier delivery option is charged at an extra £3630, services include;

• Timed delivery - 90 minute window
• Driver gives you 30 minutes of his time to help you with carrying the goods into your home

Please be aware that this timed delivery, although accurate, can be subject to traffic hold ups and we would therefore ask you to allow plus or minus 45 minutes from the agreed delivery time, and a weight limit of 600kg per order is applicable.

NB. Restrictions may apply to some of the service above dependent on your selected products.

Delivery Considerations

Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Unfortunately requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the courier’s discretion. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.

All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, or the goods are refused you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is a £85.0070.84 minimum or £0.700.59 per kg, whichever the greater.

It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.

Standard delivery is made to the kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. This excludes our Premier delivery.

Deliveries made outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges which you will be advised of before confirmation of the order.
