Solid Oak scotia is design to be used around the edge of the room to hide the expansion gap required when installing Oak wooden flooring. We recommend that solid Oak scotia is installed by pinning in conjunction with Laybond Gripfill Adhesive.

Top quality service that was only let down by the couriers delivering it. they arrived 2 hours before my allocated time that I had paid extra for and as I wasn't living in the property at the time as it was a new build they had to sit on my doorstep! Thank god they waited as I had taken a day off for the delivery
