Description

Natura Gold acoustic offers exceptional performance for comfort, support, and acoustic reduction, up to 22db. This product also offers excellent thermal insulation properties making it ideal for underfloor heating systems. Made with non-toxic and non-dusting materials this underlay will effectively even out minor floor imperfections. A gold foil vapour barrier with a 200mm over lap acts as an excellent DPM (damp proof membrane) to protect your floor for moisture attached to a high density foam core with high compressive and recovery strength.

bought the gold sound reduction underlay for my engineered flooring......... the thickness helped even out the floor a treat and the sound reduction worked great within the room which has high ceilings....so impressed with the service and product quality I ordered more for other rooms.... highly recommended

I phoned flooring supplies for some assistance and the person on the phone was very helpful and provided me with all the information required. Once ordered I was given a delivery date. Flooring supplies phoned me the previous day to the delivery to explain the the items had not been delivered to their warehouse in time to meet the delivery but gave may a new date two days later which they met. Very good communication was provided.

After a bit of a system glitch resulting in my order not being picked up (and therefore not delivered in time). a lovely lady told me that they would deliver on a Saturday without having to pay the extra. So was all sorted in the end - my order arrived a day late, so didn't hold things up too much.
